By using Vently, you agree to these Terms:
Acceptance of Terms: Using Vently means you accept these Terms. If you disagree, please do not use the Platform.
Account: Users must provide accurate information and are responsible for their account security.
Payments: Fees for memberships, events, and services are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
Content: Users retain content ownership but grant Vently permission to use it for platform-related activities.
Termination: We may suspend or terminate accounts for violating these Terms.
Liability: Vently is provided "as is" without warranties. Liability is limited to fees paid in the last 12 months.
Governing Law: Disputes are governed by the laws of Delaware.

By accessing or using Vently, you agree to these Terms:
Acceptance of Terms: By creating an account or using our services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use immediately.
Account Registration: Users must provide accurate, current information. You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activities under your account.
Payments & Fees: Payments for memberships, events, and services must be made through Vently's designated payment system. Fees are generally non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
Content & Ownership: Users own their content but grant Vently a license to display, distribute, and use it for platform-related purposes such as promotion and community building.
Platform Use: Users agree not to engage in harmful, abusive, or unlawful behavior on Vently. Misuse may result in account suspension or termination.
Termination: Vently may suspend or terminate accounts at its discretion if these Terms are violated.
Disclaimers: Vently is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for issues beyond our reasonable control.
Liability Limitation: Vently's liability is limited to the amount paid to us in the past 12 months.
Governing Law: These Terms are governed by the laws of Delaware.
